Cozy, clean and very pleasant atmosphere.
I missed locks on the windows, the other apartments had bars.

Claudia was super attentive and flexible. Private barbecue. Household appliances for use. Very well organized house.
The street is still made of dirt and as a result there is a bit of mud and holes. Garage a little small, didn't fit my car.

The apartment is excellent, the owner is very attentive. Zero complaints regarding the AP and the Owner.
The location is not so good, the sewage is literally thrown into the street (at the door) and the neighbors on Saturday woke up with the sound on. But it's all very relevant.
